Loose Your Fat by Eating MUFA

Have you heard about Flat Belly Diet? If you haven’t then read this: The Flat Belly Diet was developed by the editor of Prevention Magazine that basically said you can reduce your fat in your stomach by eating dark chocolate, olive oil, avocado, almonds and peanut butter (Monounsaturated Fatty Acids or MUFAs or healthy fats).
